• Available on request only
• Intended for educational content, tutorials, and authentic product demonstrations
• Subject to approval to ensure it aligns with the program's intended use

• Cookie Window: 60 days from click to conversion
• Payment: Monthly payouts, Net 30 after verification
• Minimum Payout: €50 per month
• Attribution: Last-click basis; recurring revenue attributed to original qualifying referral
• Refund Policy: Commissions are reversed if the customer receives a refund within 30 days of purchase
• Fraud: DataPicta reserves the right to withhold or clawback payouts for suspected fraud or policy violations
• PPC/Brand Bidding: No bidding on DataPicta branded keywords or close variants in paid search/ads.
• Self-Referrals: Self-purchases and referral stacking are not eligible for commission.
• Coupons: No coupon abuse (e.g., undisclosed coupon sites, unauthorized discounts). Use only approved coupons provided by DataPicta.
• Disclosure: Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in any public content (blogs, reviews, social media, videos, etc.). This includes using clear language such as "Affiliate Link," "Disclosure: We earn a commission," or similar notices. This requirement complies with FTC and EU advertising standards.
